Trinity Tour Travels Terms & Conditions


A deposit of $300 per person, an insurance form (if available) and a signed Passenger Reservation Form Contract are required in order to secure a reservation. We accept telephone reservations. Please note that reservations are accepted on a first come – first served basis. We calculate our trip costs based on minimum number of passengers, as specified in the trip itinerary. We must receive full payment for the tour no later than 90 days prior to the tour departure date. In case of a cancelation, cancellation charges will be applied as set forth in these conditions, if full payment is not received 90 days prior to the departure date of the tour. Reservation received less than 60 days prior to the departure date of the tour will be subject to a $100 late fee and must be paid in full, depending on availability. Payments can be made by a check, money order, cashier check, or credit card. Personal checks will not be accepted within 25 days of departure date. Reservations are not accepted 25 days or less before departure.


Trinity Tour Travels accepts Checks/Money Orders/Credit Cards. If credit card companies raise their fees, this discount might change. There are no discounts for sales made on any credit cards. Trinity Tour Travels accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express for all services. Credit card payments may also be submitted over the telephone upon customer’s consent. By signing this reservation contract, the customer grants per- mission to Trinity Tour Travels to charge his credit card for the travel services described in this reservation contract and on the customer’s invoice. Customer agrees to make all payments as stated in their invoice. NOTE: in case of human or computer error, TTT will re-invoice the customer for the correct price or service. TTT will refund passengers (less insurance fee and penalties) who choose not to pay an increase, provided Trinity Tour Travels receives a written cancellation letter within five days of the price increase notification.


Prices are based on double occupancy. Occasionally, double rooms might not be available. In this case, Trinity Tour Travels will reserve triple rooms with no reduction of price. Single rooms are available at a supplementary cost as stated on individual itineraries. In case we are not able to find a roommate for the passenger, the passenger will be required to pay the single supplement. Trinity Tour Travels strives to give sufficient prior notice to any room changes regarding double occupancy versus single supplement. Please note that some countries or hotels do not offer triple rooms. Hotel rooms are provided based on availability and could not be specifically requested in advance.


Airport Departure Tax, Port charges and Fuel Surcharges are added to the price of all tours. Additional fees may apply upon changes to the above items. Airport departure tax is non-refundable.


Insurance is not included in the tour price. Trinity Tour Travels highly recommends the Travel Insurance package, which is offered. Insurance is not effective until payment is received by Trinity Tour Travels or by the insurance company. Trinity Tour Travels is not responsible for any loss or expenses, which the passenger or anyone may incur as a result of failing to secure adequate insurance coverage. Insurance fee is refundable within 7 days of premium payment. Insurance premium is based on package cost. Please note that the insurance is a Group Insurance, therefore, individual names will not be found when calling the insurance company.


While Trinity Tour Travels strives to provide the highest level of service to all passengers, it is the passenger’s responsibility to arrange for special facilities or assistance for disabled passengers if required. Please note that not all sites are handicap accessible. Trinity Tour Travels are not responsible for any medical conditions that occur during or prior to the tour.


All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Trinity Tour Travels and must be signed by the person who made the original reservation. Cancellations are only effective once received by Trinity Tour Travels. Postmark prevails. No refunds are issued for cancellations received after the departure date of the tour. In addition, unused services will not be refunded. Penalties will apply. (See boldface print in the Responsibility and Liability section for company cancellations). In case of a cancellation, cancellation fees and penalties will be deducted from your refund. Cancellation fees are also applied to deposit checks (Airline penalties could be total cost of airline ticket.) Group tickets on airlines are non-refundable. Cancellation fees apply to each person. Refund processing time can take up to 10 weeks.

fees are non-refundable 7 days after premium payment. Trinity Tour Travels reserves the right to cancel a tour. Penalties are not applicable when canceled by Trinity Tour Travels. Trinity Tour Travels will process cancellations claims up to six months after travel dates. After six months, any unclaimed funds will be forfeited.


Passengers are allowed to bring one checked bag, which has a maximum weight of 50 lbs. and maximum combined dimensions of 62 inches. Passengers are also allowed to bring one carry on, with maximum dimensions of 8”x12”x20” as permitted by airline luggage regulations. Please check with airline for latest regulations as any future updates will apply. TTT is not responsible for passenger luggage. Passengers are responsible for notifying the airline directly for lost luggage claims.


Passengers are booked on a group ticket with stipulations and restrictions. Group tickets depart and return to one airport. Most airlines restrict deviations to group tickets. Tickets are issued about 60 days prior departure. Trinity Tour Travels uses names as written on this registration form. Name changes will result in added cost.

Extra Leg Room / Business Class: to upgrade your seat you need to contact us directly. Tickets must be paid in full in order to upgrade seat.


Tour flights do not have an advance seats selection; however, Trinity Tour Travels will try to meet individual requests upon availability. Early check-in is necessary to secure seats with travel companion. Passengers must arrive three hours in advance arrival to departing airport. Seat assignments are controlled by the air- lines.

12- RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY for Flight and Passenger Accommodations and Services:

Trinity Tour Travels is responsible for making all arrangements for tour services offered in the itinerary. The airlines, hotels, land operators, and other suppliers providing services are independent contractors and not agents, employees or associates of the TTT. Acceptance and confirmation of your reservation is at the discretion of the airlines even after full payment has been made. TTT is not responsible or liable for the service of an aircraft, watercraft, motor coach, taxi, or other conveyance, which may be used in the performance of its duty to the passengers. All vouchers and other documents for services issued by Trinity Tour Travels are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers and to the laws of the country where services are supplied. If the tour services, as indicated by the itinerary, cannot be supplied or there are changes in the itinerary for reasons beyond the control of TTT.
Trinity Tour Travels will arrange for provisions of comparable services. Any resulting additional expense will be payable by the passenger participant. Trinity Tour Travels reserves the right to decline, accept, or retain any person as a passenger participant in order to make changes in the itinerary whenever the TTT deems it necessary to the comfort, convenience and safety of the passenger participants at any time. A minimum number of passengers (as noted in itinerary) are required to fulfill the tour itinerary and cost, otherwise the tour is subject to changes or cancellation. If Trinity Tour Travels cancels a tour, it shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of all payments made to Trinity Tour Travels. The passenger participant agrees that Trinity Tour Travels and tour hosts shall not be liable in any way for any changes in flight schedules, delays, weather conditions, damages, losses (including personal injuries, deaths, and property losses) or expenses occasioned by acts or omissions of any person, including suppliers providing services, or for any acts of war, insurrection, revolts or other civil uprisings, military actions, strikes, or acts of God occurring in either the country of origin, through passage or destination. No person other than an authorized representative of Trinity Tour Travels is authorized to vary, add or waive any term or condition in this agreement, including the terms and conditions set forth in the foregoing provisions. Any controversy or claim arising out of this agreement or your trip shall be settled by and in Flint, MI. in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

The following charges are not included in the trip cost: Insurance, Tips, Tax & Fuel charges and Items of personal nature (laundry, any drinks, alcohol, additional meal not in itinerary, excursions, gifts etc.) UNLESS STATES OTHERISE IN ITINERARY. Published fares and prices are based on exchange rates, airline rates and other service provider’s fees. Please note that all fares and prices quoted at the time of publication are subject to change at any time.


Passports are the traveler responsibility and should be in your possession before a reservation is made. Some countries require entrance Visas as well. For an additional fee, Trinity Tour Travels can provide Visa issuing assistance. Please call Trinity Tour Travels for assistance. Trinity Tour Travels does not assume liability for Passport or Visa procurement. Foreign nationals must have a valid Passport and their green Alien Registration Card. Foreign nationals must also check with the Embassies of their respective countries as to USA requirements and with The Internal Revenue Service for any tax liability. Please check for updates prior traveling, as this requirement may change. Non-US citizens should contact their country Consulate and US Officials for entry into foreign countries and re-entry into the US respectively. INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL: Passports must be valid at least six (6) months after trip return date, otherwise passenger will not be allowed to travel.


No immunization shots or vaccinations are required at present, unless otherwise noted (subject to future changes).

15- NOTE:

Trinity Tour Travels may change or reverse the sequence of activities in the itinerary; however, none will be omitted except for circumstances beyond the control of Trinity Tour Travels. Any controversy or claim related to this contract will be settled in Flint, MI. in accordance with local rules and laws. Should customer sue Trinity Tour Travels and lose the case, customer agrees to pay all attorney fees and any other expenses that were caused to Trinity Tour Travels or to their owners or operators as a result of this lawsuit. If applicable, additional costs for airport departure tax, entrance visa and travel insurance will be included on your invoice.


Trinity Tour Travels has the right to modify, amend or cancel this offering from the market- place, based on the number of reservations received through its option dates.
