2. Include a copy of the first page of your passport with name and passport number clearly visible.
3. Include the non-refundable deposit of $350.00 to secure your reservation (checks payable to Trinity Tour Travels)
4. If you purchase Travel Insurance through Trinity Tour Travels, you may include that amount in the above check)
5. Mail forms, passport information and payment to:
