Are there any age requirements for joining the tours?
Everyone must be 18 or older, unless they are accompanied by a guardian.
Will there be church masses on the tour?
Yes, masses will be held at some holiest places in the world.
Is this a guided tour?
Yes, we have professional, very knowledgeable English-speaking tour guides who will meet us at the airport and be with us the entire time. We have over 35 years experience leading tours of the Holy Land.
How will we travel around Israel?
In a top of the line very comfortable coach tour bus (wifi accessible).
What are the hotel accommodations?
First class hotels in Nazareth and Bethlehem (unless stated otherwise).
What locations will be visiting in the Holy Land?
We will be visiting most Christian pilgrimage sites including: Nazareth, Cana, The Sea of Galilee, Capernaum,Qumran. Caesarea Philippi, Magdala, Mount Tabor, Mount Carmel, Caesarea Maritima, Jordan River, the Dead Sea, Jericho, Bethlehem, Bethany, Jerusalem including the church of the Holy Sepulcher.
Is the Holy Land Tour physically demanding?
There is a lot of walking involved, travelers need to be able to walk 4-miles over the course of a day and 1-mile at any one time.
What about disabled pilgrims?
We will travel by tour bus to the different sites, but there will be walking involved, including hills and stairs. At the Sea of Galilee, we will travel by boat. Travelers are expected to be in good health. Those that require any form of special assistance must be accompanied by someone else who is totally responsible for them.
Is there anything I am responsible for?
Lunch (unless stated other wise on itinerary), snacks, and water, and of course any personal shopping expenses.
Are tips included in the price?
No, unless otherwise stated.
Can three people share a room?
Yes, triple rooms are available with no reduction of price.
What is the price of single supplement/private room?
An extra $695. Single supplement rooms vary in price depending on the trip duration but they start at $695.
Do I need a VISA?
If you have a U.S Passport, no visa is required. However, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the return date of the trip. If you are not a U.S citizen, please contact us to learn more about VISA requirements.
Will I need to know the local language?
Not to worry–just about everyone speaks English and you will be pleasantly surprised by the many people you will talk with.

When do I receive my Travel Documents?
Your Travel Documents are mailed out approximately 30 days prior to departure.

- Final Itinerary
- Travel Tips (What to Pack, what to expect, Weather, Currency, ATM, etc .)
- Insurance confirmation (If you requested one)
Payment Schedule Questions
What is the Payment Schedule?
- $300 Deposit is to secure your spot on the Pilgrimage (Please fill out registration form and mail/e-mail it along with a copy of your passport ID page.
- Your remaining balance is due three months prior to departure trip date.
Who should I make the deposit check out to?
All checks must be made out to Trinity Tour Travels.
